Schedule

Cross Country 3rd - 5th grade girls & boys  $49

  • Runners of all abilities are encouraged to participate. 
  • Varsity coaches and athletes will work with runners on stretching techniques, running form, running games, workouts and team building exercises.
  • Participants should wear shorts/sweats, t-shirt and comfortable running shoes.  Bring a water bottle.
  • Runners will participate in an end of the season “meet”
