Join culinary chef Laura Scheck to learn the basics of proper kitchen knife handling. Learn the basics starting with proper grip and then practice at least 15 basic cuts including dice, slice, mince, chiffonade, julienne, supreme and zest--all while prepping a cucumber, tomato and herb salad with supreme with citrus vinaigrette and a seasonal fruit cobble. Prep list along with Zoom link will be emailed to you prior to class.
