FUSION YOGA W/ JESS
Fusion Yoga is a combination of traditional yoga with other forms of fitness, like resistance training.  This format still focuses on balance and flexibility, while also providing strength and aerobic exercise for your routine.
Participants should bring yoga mat, light set of dumbbells & water bottle, wear flexible clothing.
Participants will practice social distancing & must wear a mask.
