FA21 HOMEMADE LATKES & APPLE SAUCE online

Culinary Chef Laura Scheck a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC will lead this cooking class.  You will learn to make perfectly crisp and seasoned latkes for Hanukkah or any winter festivity. Discuss choosing potatoes, apples and oil, but use whatever you have. You can even fortify your latkes with something green! Regardless, they will get gobbled up because they are fried and smothered in homemade applesauce. Prep list along with Zoom link will be emailed to you prior to class.
